Escape to Brecon for a day of yoga, reflection, sound, a full moon cacao ceremony, a walk and lunch.
Service Description
A collaboration between two dear friends and Yogi Soul Seekers. Myself and my friend Stef, The Yogi Sanctuary will guide you into a state of renewal and calm ready for the new year 2024.
We will be spending the day at the Barn at Brynich, a beautifully converted 18th century Hay Barn set in a rural location in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park just an hour from Cardiff. This is going to be a day full of love and magic. A joyful but gentle yoga class will kick of the day and get our bodies moving after the indulgences of Christmas. Subject to weather we will blow away the cobwebs with a country walk and then tuck into a nourishing warming vegetable soup with chunks of warm sour dough bread for lunch. Oh and there will be cake!! The afternoon will include a little journalling to let us reflect on our year just gone and to look ahead to 2024 before we move onto a magick full moon cacao ceremony set around the roaring log fire, a little yoga nidra and to finish the incredible healing vibrational sounds of alchemy crystal bowls and gongs. This day is truly a wonderful collaboration between myself, Mike of Maya Yoga Wales UK and Stef, Yogi Sanctuary as we wanted to bring to you something a little different for Christmas. You will need to bring your own yoga mat, but bolsters, bricks and blocks will be supplied. Best to bring a pillow, blanket and comfy clothes for the afternoon and some sturdy shoes and weather suitable clothes for the walk. And dont forget to bring your favourite mug for the cacao ceremony and a journal and pen.
